Payment Terms

If the grant is awarded, LFCPF will authorize the release of funds payable directly to the organization at the beginning of the program/project. At the discretion of the board, LFCPF may elect to pay half of the requested funds to start the program/project. Halfway through the process, the organization will be required to submit an interim report. After review, the foundation will award the second installment. At the end of the program/project, the organization is required to submit a final report.

LFCPF requires grantees to submit fiscal accounting and narrative reports on the use of the grant and the impact the grant may have had on the community it serves. Therefore, the selection committee requests an interim report midway through the program/project, and a final report after the completion of the program/project. Reporting guidelines will be established in the award notification letter.
